I'm a new patient and I know there is probably something I will have to fill out before I see Dr. Mesdag. Is there any way I can get copies of any forms that you need me to complete in advance?
Immediately following initial contact with us, our office will send out all necessary forms and information for your first appointment. Additionally, for your convenience, we have posted the forms on-line. Please click on the "forms" tab under the "faqs and forms" menu for a list of printable forms.
Yes we do. Dr. Mesdag loves it when a current patient feels comfortable enough to refer their friends and family. Dr. Mesdag is fortunate enough to have gained most of his patients from referrals.
No, we do not charge for cancelled appointments. As appointments are times specially set aside for the patient, we ask that you do give at least 48 hours notice if you know that you will not be able to make your scheduled appointment.
Dr. Mesdag never wants a patient to be in pain. For that reason, he is always accessible by calling the office phone. If it is during non-office hours, there will be a voice recording that will direct you as to how to reach him.
You can pay for your office visits and any treatments by cash, check, credit or debit card at the time of treatment. We also accept most major dental insurances.

You can call the office and if he is not currently helping another patient, Dr. Mesdag will speak to you directly. If he is with another patient, he will get back to you as soon as possible.
Tooth whitening is available as either an in-office or take-home treatment. Our office offers both and can assist you in determining which method is right for you.
Yes, Dr. Mesdag does most of the root canals in his own office.
An implant is a titanium piece which is used to replace a missing tooth root. After appropriate healing, the implant is restored with either a crown or attachment to retain dentures.
Yes, Dr. Mesdag has had extensive training in both surgically placing and restoring implants. He is very knowledgeable regarding all aspects of implants.
Our office is open 7 am to 5 pm Tuesdays through Fridays, with a break for lunch from 12:00 pm - 2:00 pm. Please call our office to set up an appointment time which is convenient for you, or you can fill out the appointment form and someone from our office will contact you within 48 hours.
