General Information


We believe that patients appreciate being informed of our payment policy prior to treatment.  Payment is due prior to or at the time of service, unless other arrangements have been made.  As a courtesy to you, we bill your dental insurance and strive to help you receive your maximum reimbursement.  However, the filing of an insurance claim is not a guarantee of payment.  The ultimate responsibility for payment lies with you, the patient.  Any outstanding debits or credits will be reconciled after payment is received from the dental insurance company.

For your convenience, we accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, personal check, and cash.  Please feel free to discuss the treatment or fee at any time.

Patients with Dental Insurance:

We welcome dental insurance.  As a courtesy to you, we are happy to file your insurance claims and assist you in maximizing your dental benefits.  Most plans are intended to assist with the cost of treatment and seldom offer full coverage.  We require a $500 deposit prior to root canal therapy.  Since our office cannot guarantee individual insurance payments, the patient is responsible for verifying their benefits and for any remaining balance.  Some insurance companies will only remit payment to the patient, not the doctor. If this is the case, you are responsible for contacting our office and payment of the insurance amount as well as any remaining balance.

Patients without Dental Insurance:

If you do not have dental insurance, we require payment in full.  


Our office can offer some financing via your credit card.  These arrangements must be made prior to initiating any treatment.  We can discuss these options with you prior to your first visit or at your consultation appointment.
